Tra le incantevoli colline friulane di Fagagna, si trova Casale Cjanor, della famiglia Missana. Nell’antico casale edifi cato intorno al 1700, si offre ospitalità in confortevoli camere, arredate nello stile della tradizione friulana, e una ristorazione agrituristica di alto livello, ricca di prodotti insoliti e rari, come il prosciutto d’oca, il lardo bianco arrotolato e il ”pestât”, insaccato di lardo e verdure diventato Presidio di Slow Food nel 2006. L’Azienda è anche un’attiva fattoria didattica.

| Among the fantastic landscape created by the Friulian hills of Fagagna, Casale Cjanor is a proper treasure owned by the Missana Family. The building was built in the 18th century; it offers accomodation in nice bedrooms furnished according to the Friulian style. Tasting a lunch or a dinner at the restaurant will fully satisfy you: the quality offered is of high level and strange and rare ingredients, such as goose ham, white rolled bacon fat, and the “pestât”, a sausage made of bacon fat and vegetables, an ancient recipe now mentioned by the Slow Food organization.

Zwischen den unbeschreibaren friaulischen Hügeln der Fagagna fi nden Sie das Bauernhaus Casale Cjanor der Familie Missana. In dem antiken Bauernhaus, das um 1700 umgebaut wurde, werden Unterkünfte in schönen Zimmern im friaulischen Stil angeboten. Das agritouristische Restaurant mit hohem Niveau ist reich an ungewöhnlichen und seltenen Gerichten, wie z. B. Schinken vom Schwan, weisser, eingerollter Speck oder das “pestât” mit Speck und Gemüse gefüllt. |
