L’Azienda Agricola Petrucco si trova nel cuore della zona D.O.C. “Colli Orientali del Friuli”, in terre da sempre vocate alla viticoltura. Dei 35 ettari della proprietà 25 sono coltivati a vite. Con una resa per ettaro molto contenuta si raggiunge una produzione di non più di 100.000 bottiglie annue. The farm “Petrucco” is located in the heart of the D.O.C. zone “Colli Orientali del Friuli”, in lands which have always been devoted to vine-growing. 25 hectares of the property out of 35 are cultivated with vines. With a very moderate yield per hectare, it is possible to reach a production of about 100,000 bottles every year. The picking of grapes is handmade and the whole productive process, which combines modern technologies and ancient knowledge of the vine cultivation and of the wine production, is followed with care and devotion by the oenologist Flavio Cabas.

Der landwirtschaftliche Betrieb “Petrucco” befi ndet sich im Herzen der Zone D.O.C. “Colli Orientali del Friuli”, in Ländern, die sich immer dem Weinbau gewidmet haben. 25 Hektar von den 35 des Besitzes sind mit Weinreben angebaut. Mit einer beschränkten Leistung pro Hektar erreicht man eine Produktion von etwa 100,000 Flaschen pro Jahr. Die Weinlese wird handgemacht und das ganze Produktionsverfahren, das die modernen Technologien mit einer alten Gelehrtheit in dem Weinbau und in der Weinproduktion verbindet, wird mit Sorge und Hingabe von dem Weinbaukundler Flavio Cabas verfolgt.
