L’azienda si occupa dell’allevamento degli animali da cortile (polli, anatre, oche, faraone , ecc…) e di suini. Tutto il bestiame viene alimentato secondo la tradizione, con i cereali prodotti dall’azienda stessa. L’azienda ha un proprio macello e un laboratorio per la lavorazione delle carni, dove tutta la produzione aziendale viene trasformata. L’azienda è particolarmente rinomata per la produzione di insaccati freschi e stagionati.

The farm is concerned with the breeding of poultry (chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowls, and so on) and of pigs. All the livestock is fed according to tradition, with the cereals produced by the farm itself. The farm has its own slaughter-house and a laboratory for meat working, where all the farm production is transformed. The farm is particularly well-known for the production of fresh and fully matured sausages.

Der Betrieb beschäftigt sich mit der Zucht von Kleinvieh (Hühner, Enten, Gänse, Perlhühner, und so weiter) und der Zucht von Schweinen. Das ganze Vieh wird nach der Tradition mit den von dem Betrieb selbst produzierten Getreiden ernährt. Der Betrieb hat einen eigenen Schlachthof und einen Arbeitsraum für die Fleischbearbeitung, wo die ganze Betriebsproduktion stattfi ndet. Der Betrieb ist wegen der Produktion von frischen und gelagerten Wurstwaren besonders berühmt.
